GTranslate is broken and so is my site – مرجع علم و فناوری

I installed the plugin (Free version) and at first none of the options (dropdown, float etc.) wouldnt work at all. After going trough all the settings and testing it started to work properly, but only on “preview site” option in wordpress interface (while being logged in).When I opened this site in other browser or incognito to see, how it shows for regular user, I got stuck with “dropdown” option with languages that I didnt even pick in the settings. I mean it works, it translates without a problem, but I was simply stuck with it, and whatever I did, didnt change anything.

I decided to deactivate the plugin, even deleting it, but that dropdown is still there, even when the plugin is deleted. I dont understand anything at this point.

I am lets say still pretty amateur WP user and I simply dont know what should I do now, please I need help with this problem.

Ideally I would like to use GTranslate with float option. I am obviously missing something but have no idea what.
